About No. 6

The brief was to create a kitchen that felt like anything but a kitchen. Nestled in an old stable building with massive limestone pillars, we meticulously planned the layout around the space to create a large table island, inspired by days gone by and kitchens hidden away from their wealthy owners. A large cooks table worked beautifully in this space with a simple Aga and preparation area.

We then created an ante kitchen to supply all the clients everyday needs, additional ovens, larder stores and pantry shelving, with the main sink area under the window connecting to their beautiful gardens.
